Bournemouth Citizens Advice Bureau provides a free, impartial and confidential service to everyone.

Face-to-Face Assesment

We offer face to face assessments with a gateway assessor in the Town Hall Mon-Fri opening times 9.00am - 3.30pm.

Kinson Hub on Mondays 10am-1.30pm.

Telephone Assessment

Our experienced assessors also offer a telephone assessment between the hours of 10.00am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday. They can be reached on 08444 111444 or 08444 994105.

Appointments

Once you have had an initial assessment the gateway assessor will provide you with information, signpost or refer you to another organisation or make you an appointment with one of our Generalist or Specialist advisers.

Boscombe & Springbourne Health Centre: Fridays 9.30am - 3.30pm

BH1 Project, Palmerston Road, Boscombe: Alternate Tuesdays 11am - 1pm

West Howe Library; Alternate Tuesdays 2pm - 4.30pm
