Our advice line is open between 9.30am and 3.30pm every day from Monday to Friday.

If we cannot answer your queries over the phone, we can book you an appointment. We have appointments both in the bureau and at other outreaches around Bournemouth.

When you speak with us, we'll ask for your postcode so that we can try to get your appointment near to where you live.

 

Working with You - Drop In Services

We invite you to come along to our Bournemouth office which is in the West Wing of the Town Hall in the Town Centre, opposite the Gardens.

Our doors are open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 4.00pm (but please note that our drop in service hours are 9.30am to 2.30pm).

You will be greeted by our Customer Service Team who will ask for some information from you and then you will be assessed by an assessor and she or he will then let you know the best way we will work with you.

That could be in any of the following ways:

• Information during initial assessment
• Generalist or Specialist adviser appointment
• Signpost to a special organisation

Alternativley we have a drop in service at West Howe library between 10am-12noon and Kinson Hub between 10am-2pm every Monday.

We have also recently partnered with the Salvation Army to offer a further drop in service which is available from 10.30am-1pm  every Tuesday at 107 Palmerstone Road in Boscombe (next to the Oswald Bailey offices on the corner of Palmerston Road and Tower Road).

Working with You - Appointments

Appointments are made as and when the gateway assessor during the inital assesment feels they are necessary. If you are offered an appointment and find that you no longer need it please let us know, this can be done by e-mail or by phone. It is vital that if you no longer wish to attend your appointment that you tell us so that another client can be seen in your place.
