Bournemouth Citizens Advice Bureau provides a free, impartial and confidential service to everyone.

Face-to-Face Assesment

We offer face to face assessments with a gateway assesor in the Town Hall working from 9am for 9.30 - 2.30pm Mon-Fri. And 10am-12pm Mondays at West Howe Library.

Telephone Advice

Our Experienced advisors also offer telephone advice between the hours of 9.30am and 3.30pm Monday to Friday. They can be reached on 08444 994105.

Email Advice

We have now expanded our e-mail advice services. Please click here to send an enquiry.

Specialist Advice

We have specialist debt advisors and also have presence at Bournemouth County Court on alternating Tuesdays, offering advice and representation to those facing eviction and home repossessions. Arranged through our gateway assessors.

 

Outreach Work

We provide advice at various other places outside of the bureau. Our gateway assessors will try to arrange appointments to suit your needs.
