The senior management team are responsible for ensuring that they get the best out their teams in terms of performance and quality through the provision of strong management, supervision and support. They are responsible for the ‘day to day’ management of the organisation. The team comprises:

Has responsibility for the overall leadership, strategic direction and management of the organisation.

as well as ensure the smooth running and efficiency of multiple projects for the funders, stakeholders, clients and the Trustee Board. Whilst building the profile of the organisation within Dorset and the national network of Citizens Advice, working closely with the Management Team and other colleagues to ensure a seamless high quality service is maintained across the Boroughs of Bournemouth and Poole and the surrounding areas within operational budgets in all elements of service delivery.
Donna MartinHead of Service Delivery
Has management responsibility and accountability for all service development and delivery functions across Citizens Advice Bournemouth & Poole, ensuring compliance with service specifications and quality standards.

Lorraine Hicks Office Manager
Has responsibility for ensuring effective communication across all offices, managing payroll, invoices and organising staff activities.

Dan StannardTraining & Development Manager
 The Training & Development Manager has responsibility for the recruitment, induction, training and support of all volunteers and the development of the volunteer and training strategy, ensuring our commitment to quality through recruitment and training is maintained.

Jane ClarkFundraising Officer
Is responsible for sourcing funding opportunities and organising fundraising and promotional events.

Melissa Parsons-MahonCORE Service Team Leader
The CORE Service Team Leader holds responsibility for the leadership of outreach staff and communicating changes to outreach operations internally.

Nicola JuniperDebt Team Leader
Has responsibility for leadership of the debt team in providing high quality specialist debt advice and information across advice locations in Bournemouth and Poole.  This role contributes to the continuous review of existing services, increasing efficiency and integration of all parts of the service as well as maintaining high quality debt advice.

Elena Green Benefits Team Leader
Has responsibility for leadership of the benefits team in providing high quality specialist benefits advice and information across advice locations in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.  This role contributes to the continuous review of existing services, increasing efficiency and integration of all parts of the service as well as maintaining high quality benefits advice.

All Generalist Advice, Information and Education Services are provided by a team volunteers and paid members of staff.

The supervision of all advice staff and volunteers is undertaken by the Advice Session Supervisor team under the Advice Service Management function.

All project staff are directly line managed by the appropriate manager responsible for the project.
