The senior management team are responsible for ensuring that they get the best out their teams in terms of performance and quality through the provision of strong management, supervision and support. They are responsible for the ‘day to day’ management of the organisation. The team comprises:
Is responsible for sourcing funding opportunities and organising fundraising and promotional events.
The CORE Service Team Leader holds responsibility for the leadership of outreach staff and communicating changes to outreach operations internally.
Has responsibility for leadership of the benefits team in providing high quality specialist benefits advice and information across advice locations in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch. This role contributes to the continuous review of existing services, increasing efficiency and integration of all parts of the service as well as maintaining high quality benefits advice.
All Generalist Advice, Information and Education Services are provided by a team of over 75 volunteers and 40 paid members of staff.
The supervision of all advice staff and volunteers is undertaken by the Advice Session Supervisor team under the Advice Service Management function.
All project staff are directly line managed by the appropriate manager responsible for the project.
