Trustees

We are looking for Trustees who have a particular knowledge of, and experience in either Human Resources or Corporate Social Responsibility.

Training Officer

Fixed term contract until 28th February 2020.

Citizens Advice Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole is currently recruiting a Training Officer

Hours: 37 per week    (Job Share considered)

Salary: SCP 20 – 22 (£19,430 – £20,661)

Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays per annum pro rata

Role purpose:

Citizens Advice Bournemouth Christchurch & Poole is currently recruiting a Training Officer.

The successful candidate will support the Training & Development Manager in the training and development of volunteers, help design and deliver group training sessions and monitor trainee progress and development through a structured training programme.

You will have experience of designing and delivering training programmes, ideally in a Citizens Advice or similar environment. You will have experience of delivering training in one to one and group sessions. You must be an excellent communicator and able to work with a wide range of people. A flexible approach to working and the ability to prioritise your work are also essential.
