Citizens Advice in Dorset have been working together to build a snapshot of the impact Universal Credit has had across the county. The report shows that over 1,100 clients sought help from Dorset offices between October 2017 and March 2018. Local offices have also seen an increase in clients presenting with debt issues during the same period when compared with that of the previous two years. Could this be the impact of Universal Credit?

The report explores the public campaigns that Citizens Advice have conducted nationally, as well as the issues that clients across Dorset are facing since Universal Credit has been introduced.
